Tuner

“Tuner” is a different kind of thriller. Newcomer Leo Woodall stars as Niki a deaf piano tuner who has perfect pitch in spite of his affliction. His employer Harry, mentor and adopted father is played by Dustin Hoffman. While working late one night he hears some noises. It turns out to be some Russian thieves. Niki has the ability to open safes so he helps them. They offer to use him for future heists. At first he is not interested, but then Harry ends up in the hospital and he needs money. The rest of the film shows how Niki deals with his new situation while wooing a musician. There are a number of twists and using the deaf angle is unique.It will keep your interest. Worth seeing.
