Supergirl

After last year’s “Superman” the makers have followed up with “Supergirl”. Unlike its predecessor this film is a little darker and funnier. Supergirl is celebrating her 23 birthday on a planet where she is able to get drunk. After a few brawls her beloved dog, Krypto, is paralyzed by a dart from a bad guy. She has to find him to retrieve the antidote. The special effects and action are well done. Very enjoyable. And Molly Alcock as Kara is a find. She plays a jerk who is loveable. Worth seeing.
